Heirloom Series
Versatile classics
These days, apples in America are grown almost entirely for eating, yet before Prohibition, many varietals were grown as all-purpose apples. Deemed tasty off the tree, recipe-worthy and suitable for cider, were honored as “heirloom” varietals. This part of our lineup showcases heirlooms that thrive in our region – and present beautifully in the glass. Look for these in select PNW grocery stores, bottle shops, at our downtown Spokane taproom, or purchase online.
