Craft Series
Everyday delicious
Craft Series ciders are among our most casual, quaffable offerings, always food-friendly, dry and refreshing. Look for these in select PNW grocery stores, bottle shops, at our downtown Spokane taproom, or purchase online.
Sixpenny
Named for the per-tree price charged by John Chapman (a.k.a. Johnny Appleseed), Sixpenny is one of our most refreshing ciders, expressing crisp pineapple, stone-fruit and honey aromas and flavors. Crimson Gold crabapples take center stage, with American heirloom varietals added according to season.
Suggested pairings
Pork, white fish, sharp cheddar with charcuterie, or spring salad.
Finished Gravity = 1.008 (Dry)
Garratza
Inspired by traditional Basque sidra, this cider is made with Dolgo crabapples, wild-yeast fermented and allowed to mature with native bacteria – softening the acidic bite typical of Dolgos while providing a touch of the sour, funky character typical of sidra.
Suggested pairings
Basque favorites like flank steak or Bacalao (salt cod), sheep cheese and olives.
Finished Gravity = 1.008 (Dry)
