Proudly based in Spokane, Washington, Liberty gathers nearly all of our fruit from tiny, family-run orchards that grow apples with cider in mind, using many of the same techniques that vintners use to grow wine grapes. Soil and climate play major roles, as do the native yeast we allow to ferment our ciders. The result? Richer, more expressive flavors – loved by cider experts and newcomers alike.
